DETAILED INFORMATION FOR SPONSORSHIP

GALA DINNER: €17,500 + 20% VAT

  1. The delegate registration fee for 5 company representatives and single-room accommodation for 5 persons will be included free of charge in the sponsorship package.

  2. The company will be provided with a complimentary exhibition stand area of up to 15 m² in a priority location.

  3. The company name will appear on the dinner invitations.

  4. The company’s promotional banners may be displayed in the dining area during the event.

  5. The company logo will be displayed on the Congress website.

  6. A plaque of appreciation will be presented to the company during the opening ceremony.

  7. A special meeting room will be allocated for a 30-minute promotional event by the company.

  8. The company logo will also be displayed on the Congress digital platform.

  9. Upon request, one dinner table (for up to 10 guests) will be reserved for the company at the gala dinner.

COCKTAIL RECEPTION: €12,500 + 20% VAT

  1. The delegate registration fee for 3 company representatives and single-room accommodation for 3 persons will be included free of charge in the sponsorship package.

  2. The company will be provided with a complimentary exhibition stand area of up to 10 m².
